ISAPS second grand forum took place on September 2-3, 2016 in the capital of our country, a leading speaker of which is ISAPS professor named Oscar Ramirez, a Doctor of Medicine from USA, a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, who shared the international experience of his achievements in plastic surgery, because Ramirez is recognized internationally for innovative techniques in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, particularly endoscopic plastic surgery.

Ilya Slyusarev, the leading surgeon of "Clinic of Plastic Cosmetic Surgery" medical center, had a unique opportunity to assist Oscar Ramirez during the execution of complex long procedure of mixed endoscopic facial rejuvenation on November 29 in the framework of plastic surgery training course called "Modern trends in plastic surgery: face, chest, nose".

Until recently, the situation was a big problem for many people. There was no cosmetic or plastic way to solve this problem.
The facelifting is a type of cosmetic surgery, which tightens facial skin, neck, eliminates excess skin and fat tissue; the activities which result in the fiber facial tissues acquire elasticity are being performed as well. The procedure passes under general anesthesia, it is similar to other plasty procedures (breast enlargement, improvement of nose shape); it takes from one and half hours to four hours.
